Information Collection and Use
Any information collected via a third-party API, including NetSuite’s SDF Connector, is the information that you authorize us to access. Obvistock integrates with various third-party APIs, including but not limited to Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, and NetSuite, and adheres to their respective privacy policies. Once access is given, we gather information via secure third-party APIs, provided you authorize access via a secure token or key.
For NetSuite, when connecting through the SDF Connector, we may pull and subsequently push data from your NetSuite account. This exchange of information is only done after the user has configured the mappings and granted permissions for the SDF Connector Application from SuiteApp.com, which installs a user, role, and Integration Record enabling Obvistock to NetSuite connectivity.
The information accessed and displayed on Obvistock aids our users in inventory management and future inventory forecasting. All data accessed by Obvistock is in compliance with GDPR as per the EU Data Protection rules. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. In addition to Obvistock’s normal procedure for deleting stored data, users can revoke our access to their data via the Amazon security settings page at https://sellercentral.amazon.com/apps/manage/ or NetSuite settings.
Information Collected Upon Registration:
During the creation or reconfiguration of a Obvistock account, we collect certain personal information such as your name, username, password, and email address. Some of this information, e.g., your name and username, may be listed on our Services, including on your profile page and in search results. Some Services do not necessitate registration.

You can opt to provide us with additional information such aas product information, supplier information, and stock levels. This information can enhance our ability to provide a personalized service to you.

You can opt out from these messages by following the instructions within the messages or instructions on our website. - Google: When connecting to Google using Google Analytics we will ask for certain information about you that can be used to contact or identify you and your blog (“personal information”). Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, your url, number of visits, visitors, unique visitors, average time on your website, and time zone. We keep your entire information private to the public and only show the personal information listed above to promoters that you voluntarily apply for their promotion.
- NetSuite: Obvistock interfaces with NetSuite via the SDF Connector. This integration allows the exchange of various types of information, such as Inventory Items, Vendors, Locations, and Purchase Orders, between your connected NetSuite Account and Obvistock, subject to your configuration of mappings. This process is facilitated by an application from SuiteApp.com.
Modifying Your Personal Information

Our Policy Towards Children
Our Services are not directed to people under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.
